Job Overview
We are seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team in a claims handling role. The successful candidate will be responsible for lodging and processing claims, as well as providing ongoing support to the office and departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lodging and processing of claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaboration with internal partners to provide professional and customer-focused claims service
- Identification and implementation of operational improvements
- Assistance with general office administration tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Administration experience/knowledge of general business practices
- Experience in client services or data entry
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Great communication, interpersonal skills, and team player attitude
- Admirable customer service skills
- Proficiency in database and Microsoft Office
