Job Role

Our team seeks an expert HR advisor to provide high-quality guidance and coaching to employees and managers across the entire employment lifecycle.

This role involves delivering top-notch HR services, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with the team leader to drive process enhancements and service delivery excellence.

As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to shaping the overall HR strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic HR advice and coaching to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
  • Respond to complex queries via the Service Delivery Tool, escalating or seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to monitor service requests, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain operational support systems for centralized HR initiatives.

Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Evidence of strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven level of high-standard written and verbal communication skills.
