We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a HR Advisor.
- To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to provide expert advice on workforce issues including industrial relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.
As a HR Advisor, you will play a key part in supporting staff and management to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
- You will work closely with leaders to influence, coach, and support effective workforce management and organisational outcomes.
- You will also be responsible for managing complex cases in grievance, discipline, health management, and workforce change.
- Your expertise will contribute to the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
