Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Change Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and designing client transitions and transformations.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead design initiatives that prioritize the needs, behaviors, and experiences of users related to changes identified.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored strategies for implementation.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.

Requirements:

  • A background in consulting, organizational development, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
