Job Title: Strategic Change Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Agile methodologies and assist teams in adopting best practices in Scrum, Lean, and Agile ways of working.
  • Support Product Owners in crafting communications and organisational change advice for new features or environmental changes.
  • Manage DevOps and work management tools to enable self-managing teams of developers and cloud delivery specialists.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in managing change activities in complex enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in delivering high-quality communication artefacts.
  • Experience supporting teams in service delivery and continuous improvement processes.
  • Ability to create corporate briefs and manage approval chains.
  • Issue management and resolution expertise.
  • A relevant business or ICT tertiary qualification is desirable.
  • A Scrum Master certification would be advantageous.
