We are seeking experienced Project Managers to drive strategic change across our organisation. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives.

About the Role:

Project Managers will be responsible for delivering complex business-led projects. They will regularly evaluate progress against goals and KPIs, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

They will collaborate with teams to synthesise challenges, prepare decision-making options, and escalate critical issues as needed. Creating comprehensive progress updates and materials for monthly forums.

Leading the facilitation of key decision forums and ensuring timely and well-documented communication. Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in assigned initiatives.

Acting as a bridge between the Transformation Management forum and delivery teams, fostering trust and transparency.

About You:

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, delivering business-led projects preferably within a Retail or transformation context.

Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High comfort in ambiguity and ability to engage key stakeholders to deliver results.

Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
