About the Role:

Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute is seeking experienced professionals to facilitate workshops on a contract basis across Canada and the United States. As a Training Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to individuals, communities, and organizations affected by crisis, trauma, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative workshops on crisis and trauma-related topics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the CTRI team to design and deliver training programs
  • Provide exceptional presentation skills and experiential knowledge of workshop material

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Membership in a professional association or governing body related to the counselling profession
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Experiential knowledge of workshop material and ability to adapt to different learning styles
