Site Security Specialist

About the Role:
This is a permanent opportunity that requires establishing project security protocols based on client requirements while ensuring security governance meets both Lendlease and client standards. You will also conduct security audits for trade subcontractors, consultants, and report to the Project Security Working Group (PSWG).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site security, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
* Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
* Develop and implement effective security protocols to mitigate risks
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship
* Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
* Proven experience in managing security requirements on defence and/or construction sites
* Demonstrated understanding of Government Security requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
