Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Site Security Supervisor to provide a secure presence while remaining alert and focused. This role involves managing site databases, assisting with personnel rosters, and maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain site databases to ensure accurate records.
- Assist with rostering personnel to ensure adequate coverage.
- Compile weekly reports for On-Site Representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date Site Standing Orders and communicate changes as necessary.
- Ensure site training requirements are met through ongoing training and re-supply of information.
- 12 months' experience in the security industry.
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security license.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Open driver's license.
- High level of computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Integrity and sound judgment.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
