Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$70,000 to AU$100,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This full-time position involves providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused. As part of an enthusiastic team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing site databases and assisting with personnel rostering.
  • Compiling weekly reports and maintaining up-to-date site standing orders.
  • Ensuring staff are inducted, trained, and hold relevant licenses and certifications.
  • Reporting incidents and conducting investigations as required.
  • Overseeing safe work method statements, site risk assessments, and workplace inspections.

You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 12 months of security industry experience.
  • A Certificate II in Security Operations and current security license.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • An open driver's license.
  • High-level computer literacy skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
