Site Security Operations Manager

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Site Security Supervisor to join their team. As a leading security company in Australia, they offer a unique opportunity for professionals to work with esteemed clients and contribute to the safety of high-profile sites.
Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a security presence while maintaining alertness and focus. They will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, delivering exceptional service to clients and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and maintaining site databases
- Assisting with rostering personnel at site
- Compiling weekly reports and sending them to the On-Site Representative
- Maintaining up-to-date Site Standing Orders and communicating changes in policy and procedures
- Ensuring site training requirements are kept current with HSE and HR policies through ongoing training and re-supply of information
- Ensuring all staff are inducted and trained appropriately for the site and hold relevant licenses and certifications
- Reporting incidents through the correct channels and taking appropriate actions
- Achieving and reporting weekly and/or monthly KPIs
- Providing detailed KPI reports as required
- Managing and addressing employee-related matters in line with MSS Security policies and procedures
- Attending meetings with site stakeholders as required
- Performing duties as directed by MSS management
- 12 months' experience in the security industry
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security license
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver's license
- High-level computer literacy skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Integrity and sound judgment
- Minimum of NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
