Job Description:

The role of a Security Specialist can be performed in various sectors and roles. This position description outlines the general duties and acts as a guide rather than a comprehensive list of tasks.

  • Providing customer service of the highest quality through proactive, professional, and sound approaches.
  • Monitoring CCTV footage and radio communication systems.
  • Providing first aid and liaising with Police & Emergency Response Services.
  • Reviewing camera footage and writing reports.
  • Conducting foot patrols throughout the premises.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate II in Security Operations and a security license.
  • A First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • An Open driver's license.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in monitoring a CCTV network.
