As a Site Security Supervisor, you will be part of our enthusiastic team, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Security Presence: Maintain a visible presence on site while remaining alert and focused.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Roster Management: Assist with rostering personnel at site and maintain accurate records.
- Reporting: Compile weekly reports and communicate changes to On-Site Representatives.
- Training and Development: Ensure site training requirements are up-to-date, including HSE and HR policies, and provide ongoing training and information to staff.
- Incident Reporting: Ensure all incidents are reported through the correct channels and appropriate actions are taken.
- KPIs: Meet weekly and/or monthly KPIs and provide detailed reports as required.
- Employee Management: Manage and address employee-related matters in line with MSS Security policies and procedures.
- Meetings and Communication: Attend meetings with site stakeholders as required and perform all duties directed by MSS management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12 months of experience in the security industry.
- Certifications: Certificate II in Security Operations and security license, current First Aid and CPR certificate, and an open driver's license.
- Skills: High level of computer literacy, ability to work with minimal supervision, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Clearance: Minimum of NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance.
