
Luxury Hotel Guest Experience Leader

**Job Description**: Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role will manage the Front Office team operations, ensuring high guest service levels across the hotel. You are a confident person who initiates conversation, with a strong knowledge of the hotel and its area. You can handle multiple tasks while following procedures and maintaining security awareness.
In this role:
- You will address guest feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and promotions.
- Communicate with diverse people professionally.
- Provide supervision, support, and training to staff.
- Manage emergency situations and medical responses.
- Process check-ins, adhering to procedures.
- Lead by example when attending guest requests.
**Requirements**:
To succeed, you need:
- A minimum 12 months experience in a similar luxury role.
- Highly organized, with effective priority management.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for Victoria.
