Technical Support Role

We're looking for individuals to join our Global Technical Support team in APAC.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to multi-task and work under deadlines. Key responsibilities include handling support calls and emails, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques, and identifying and documenting design, reliability, and maintenance issues.

This role requires effective communication of procedural and routine technical issues in a fast-paced environment. You'll maintain confidentiality of critical information and share acquired knowledge with Technical Support Departments and customers.

As a member of our APAC Technical Support Team, you'll work closely with Engineering and other technical business units to increase knowledge and resolve customer issues. You'll identify and provide resolutions to complex technical problems and mentor others in providing validated technical information.

  • Provide technical support to internal, partner, and external customers.
  • Utilize advanced problem analysis and customer support skills.
