Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to manage complex projects at the forefront of technology in the transport industry. The successful candidate will lead site contractors, ensure on-site installations meet requirements, and maintain a safe working condition.

  • Lead site contractors ensuring on-site installations meet requirements and maintained in a safe working condition.
  • Act as the main on-site liaison between subcontractors, client, and project managers.
  • Enforce site safety, compliance, and quality control.

Responsibilities include enforcing site safety, compliance, and quality control, while also ensuring electrical safety of installations and meeting electrical regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise site contractors.
  • Coordinate installation and conduct inspections.
  • Report to project managers and take direction regarding project-related activities.
  • Promote and enforce procedures for safe execution of on-site tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as Electrical Supervisor on significant infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification, and current Victorian Electrical License.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical AUS/NZ standards and construction safety regulations.
