- Casual and permanent positions available
- Variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts
As a Disability Support Professional at Shepparton house, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living.
You will work closely with clients in the community or our homes, supporting them to grow in confidence and independence.
Your role will involve:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Supporting clients with medication management and other healthcare needs
- Assisting clients with shopping, cooking, and other domestic tasks
- Encouraging clients to participate in activities and hobbies that promote social interaction and emotional well-being
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for supporting people with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
