Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to manage and grow our client portfolio across South Australia.

This is a newly created role, ideal for someone based in Adelaide.

You will report to the Sales Director and be backed by our support team, playing a key role in service delivery, ensuring compliance, and fostering customer loyalty.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with a portfolio of real estate agency clients
  • Being the primary point of contact for all compliance-related queries
  • Resolving issues quickly and collaboratively to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain high service standards
  • Attending industry events and networking opportunities as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in residential property management, client service, or similar relationship-focused roles
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building client rapport
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A self-starter with a solutions-focused approach and team mindset
