Key accountabilities include leading the design and delivery of capability frameworks, managing the learning and development process, and evaluating training effectiveness.A bit about youThe ideal candidate should have extensive experience in learning and development, strong project management skills, and a background in instructional design and competency frameworks, ideally within telecommunications or similar operational environments.
They should be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in learning and development and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
