Job Title: Building Designer

We are seeking a skilled building designer to join our team in the structural design and documentation of residential, industrial & commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with the right skills and attitude who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide structural documentation for residential jobs including single/two-storey homes, extensions, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience using 2D Auto-CAD and an advantage in using Revit.
  • Developing details from engineer's mark-ups/sketches.
  • Producing drawings from company standard details and information provided efficiently, with a good understanding of details required to be drawn.
  • Ability to manage own activities and workload.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Proactive in obtaining necessary information to complete tasks.
