Senior Operations Manager

Our centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Early Years Education Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, leading and mentoring their team to provide high-quality learning and care, building strong relationships with families and the community, and managing administrative tasks.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to provide high-quality learning and care programs for children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community through open communication, regular updates, and collaborative planning.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including staff professional development, curriculum development, and budget management.
What You Need:
- A Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing a team.
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma.
- Previous experience in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, and staff professional development.
- Experience managing a team and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
