**Job Title:** Senior Operations Manager

About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational, personnel, and compliance matters within the facility. You will lead with integrity, empathy, and confidence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident-focused care while managing regulatory compliance, budgets, and team performance.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional care and support services in accordance with organisational goals and aged care standards
- Promote the facility to potential residents and their families with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure operational compliance with the Aged Care Act 1997, Quality Standards, and organisational policies
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, quality systems, and accreditation readiness
- Manage financial performance to meet approved objectives
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to multidisciplinary staff, fostering a culture of care, integrity, and collaboration
- Ensure mandatory reporting and documentation is completed with timeliness and accuracy
**What You Will Bring:**
- Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential aged care
- Sound knowledge of aged care legislative frameworks, funding, and accreditation standards
- Strong clinical skills in line with current best practice
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Financial management, budgeting, and rostering expertise
- Experience leading through organisational change
