About the Role- Lead operational excellence across Victoria while driving client relationship success nationally.
- Oversee performance, compliance, and safety across multiple sites.
- Act as a trusted partner to key clients, fostering productive relationships and delivering service excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and deliver operational strategies for Victoria, ensuring safety, compliance, and service standards are met or exceeded.
- Partner with clients to maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across operations and accounts.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to managers and site teams.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure adherence to OHS/WHS, environmental, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and service evolution.
- Represent Assetlink as a subject matter expert within the industry.
What You Bring:
- Proven senior leadership experience in operations management within a service industry.
- Demonstrated success managing high-value, complex accounts at a national or multi-site level.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire culturally diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Track record of driving operational efficiency, safety culture, and client satisfaction.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or related discipline preferred.
