Resilience Management Administrator

This role is part of an Aviation Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager for Operations Resilience.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our resilience frameworks, meetings, and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating documents, registers, and templates to ensure seamless operation of the Resilience Management System (RMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for resilience governance forums and committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, packs, and minutes.
  • Assist with logistics and coordination for training exercises, including invitations, materials, and recordkeeping.
  • Manage content on our intranet platform for the Resilience Hub, ensuring accessibility of current plans and resources.
  • Support incident and emergency administration tasks, including tracking compliance and assurance actions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, aviation management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in an administration, business coordination, or governance support role.
  • Experience in aviation, risk, safety, or emergency management environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting support and document preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
