Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Resilience Coordinator to provide administrative and business management support to ensure smooth operation of the Resilience Management System (RMS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating documentation, governance, and engagement activities that enable business units, partners, and stakeholders to maintain preparedness and compliance.

This role forms part of our Aviation Operations team, reporting into the Senior Manager Operations Resilience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where fresh challenges land daily.

  1. You will provide incident and emergency administrative support, track and follow up on compliance and assurance actions, and coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  2. To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in risk management, safety, and emergency response.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, aviation management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in an administration, business coordination, or governance support role.
  • Experience in aviation, risk, safety, or emergency management environments advantageous.
