Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate the repairable team's operations. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively plan, organize, and lead the team.

The primary objective is to ensure seamless coordination between team members and stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

This position involves prioritizing tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize tasks based on customer requirements and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and remove barriers to customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers through regular communication and reporting.
  • Develop reports to track job status and progress.
  • Work closely with workshop managers and team leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve workshop capabilities.
  • Approve reports and ensure they meet quality standards before submission.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Schedule production orders while optimizing manufacturing efficiencies using agreed planning methodologies and tools.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment by promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field (preferably).
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in a production planning environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
