Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our customer service team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team's performance to maximize responsiveness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer service team's performance to maximize responsiveness and accuracy.
  • Identify and develop improved processes to ensure free-flowing information between stakeholder groups.
  • Provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of key customer accounts.
  • Support the team by handling escalations as required and overseeing order processes.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the team.
  • Generate reports to track relevant KPIs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience leading Customer Service teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with fixed deadlines.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A positive demeanour and customer-centric approach.
