Retail Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Leader to oversee our retail operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a customer service specialist team, ensuring every interaction reinforces our reputation for excellence and expertise.

  • Leverage your leadership skills to foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
  • Provide daily direction, constructive feedback, and coaching to ensure your team is equipped to handle complex technical inquiries and provide expert advice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and align with business objectives.
  • Analyse key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency, implementing solutions to improve call handling times, first-contact resolution, and overall service quality.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to streamline workflows, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a unified response to customer expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service management or leadership role, preferably within a technical industry.
  • Proven Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and liaise effectively with internal staff.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $76,515 - $78,000 depending on skill level and work experience + superannuation.
