About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Provectus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our technology solutions and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and develop effective working relationships.
  • Create and manage project plans, including setting targets for milestones and allocating resources.
  • Perform quality control on projects to maintain industry-leading quality standards.
  • Monitor changing client needs and proactively offer solutions to meet their evolving requirements.
  • Manage risks and anticipate problems to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with customer management to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, including team management and motivation.
  • Conduct project presentations and compile reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Delivery/Project Management, preferably in the IT Outsourcing industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban) and the PMI framework.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and manage multiple agile teams in projects.
  • Problem-solving attitude using systems-thinking approaches.
  • Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in distributed teams.
  • Technical background in software development, QA, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in software development technologies and tools.
  • Experience working with AWS infrastructure.
