Job Summary

\

The Night Manager is a key role within our hotel's Front Office team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service to those who arrive at the hotel late at night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the hotel reception, including handling guest queries, checking-in guests, and resolving any issues that may arise during the night.\
  • Leading and motivating the team, working closely with the Rooms Division Manager to support their development and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.\
  • Ensuring all administrative processes are running smoothly, including managing cash register accounts and checking receipts before the start of each day.\
  • Providing support to guests who require assistance outside of regular business hours, including making safety inspections to ensure the hotel is secure and peaceful.\
