Job Description

As our Organisational Change Manager (Enterprise Change), you'll play a critical role in driving sustainable change across the Virgin Australia group. You'll work closely with stakeholders to co-create, coordinate, and facilitate change leadership capability upskilling, ultimately uplifting the capacity, capability, maturity, and resilience for change and transformation within the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Select and implement suitable OCM models, frameworks, and paradigms to support the development of Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Communities of Practice (CoP).
  • Support the launch, adoption, and embedment of a new OCM framework and Minimum Standards.
  • Prepare impactful presentation materials and key messages to engage business stakeholders effectively.
  • Drive awareness and buy-in into OCM through targeted showcases and engagement initiatives, promoting behavioural change among project sponsors, change agents, and leaders.
  • Deliver effective organisational change management strategies and processes across high-risk initiatives until they are adequately resourced.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support on enterprise-level or high-risk initiatives to accelerate the adoption of quality, best practice OCM processes and activities aligned with the framework and standards.
Requirements

You'll need extensive experience with medium to large-scale organisational change efforts, strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate messages to various audiences, are essential. Additionally, you should be able to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels within an organisation.
