Our organisation is seeking a motivated and passionate professional to fill the role of Indigenous Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant.
As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will empower clients in the community to gain sustainable employment by resolving their barriers and providing tools and strategies to find a pathway to sustainable employment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing relevant assessment and counselling services to clients to assist in removing barriers
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing caseload for billing and ensuring notes are accurate
To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree-level qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, General Counselling, Social Work or a Registered Psychologist, as well as experience in one-to-one and group counselling, updating a database with clinical notes and billing, and working on a fee-for-service basis.

Requirements• A degree-level qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, General Counselling, Social Work or a Registered Psychologist
