Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in supporting our reconciliation action plan and delivering strategic priorities related to indigenous employment.

This position requires a passion for reconciliation, expertise in project delivery, change management, and relationship building to drive reconciliation outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of our latest Reconciliation Action Plan, provide strategic leadership and advice on inclusive policies, programs, services, and risk management strategies.

Key responsibilities include driving indigenous-related employment activities across all entities and regions in Australia, collaborating with colleagues in Communications and External Affairs, and actively working with leaders to drive positive outcomes that progress towards our RAP priorities.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and influencing capability.
- Executive-level business partnering and stakeholder management experience.
- First-hand knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies, cultures, and understanding of diversity of circumstances of First Nations peoples and issues affecting these communities.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead the delivery of our Reconciliation Action Plan, providing strategic leadership and advice on inclusive policies and programs.
  2. Develop and implement initiatives to drive indigenous-related employment activities across all entities and regions in Australia.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues in Communications and External Affairs to engage with indigenous communities and build relationships.
  4. Work closely with leaders to develop and implement strategies that progress towards our RAP priorities.
