Shaping the future of Indigenous employment requires dedicated individuals like you. As an Administration Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of daily operations for our client.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a movement that centres self-determination, cultural safety, and community empowerment. You'll work closely with various teams to:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces effectively.
  • Support onboarding, OH&S, and internal events seamlessly.
  • Assist with travel bookings, fleet coordination, and general administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Provide hands-on support during key events and engagements professionally.
  • Maintain a culturally safe and welcoming workplace at all times.

As a proactive and solutions-focused individual, you'll bring:

  • Experience in administration, office coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Cultural capability and community connection.
  • A valid driver's licence.

While experience working in an Aboriginal-led organisation or with First Peoples communities is highly regarded, it's not a requirement. What's essential is your commitment to creating a fairer future for Indigenous Australians.
