Job Description">

As a Youth Worker at our residential program, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of young people aged 16-24 on their journey to recovery from alcohol and other drug use.

You will provide essential support and supervision to our participants, educate them on crucial interpersonal and living skills, and organize engaging sport and recreation activities to help them build resilience and confidence for their future.

You will work alongside young people to maintain facilities, complete meal preparation, and contribute to case planning and monitoring meetings.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining residential files, ensuring behaviour records and progress notes are filed correctly, resolving participant complaints, and supervising young people during off-site activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

We require individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a team environment.

Applicants must have a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, as well as clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
