We are looking for Therapeutic Care Workers to join our team at Maple Youth Services and work alongside young people living in out of home care.

**Responsibilities**
- Implementing tailored care plans and fostering daily routines
- Supporting life skills development and meaningful community engagement
- Providing trauma-transformative care, culturally responsive care
- Facilitating family contact and strengthening relationships
- Writing detailed progress notes and reports
- Promote safety, well-being and ongoing development

**Qualifications**
- A completed qualification (diploma or higher) in Youth Work or a related field
- Experience in youth or disability support work
- Understanding of child protection legislation and trauma-informed care

**Requirements**:

- National Criminal Record Check
- Working With Children's Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Driver's license
- Insured vehicle.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract

Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 60 per week
