Key Selection Criteria
  • Senior Faith Leadership: We are seeking a senior faith leader who is an active member of a Catholic Church community, with a strong commitment to the Church's teachings and local mission.
  • Instructional Leadership: The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability in instructional leadership, including determining and implementing evidence-based learning and teaching programs and school curriculum.
  • Workplace Safety and Wellbeing: We require a candidate who is committed to fostering a workplace that prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all, including students, staff, and the broader community.
  • Enrolment Growth and Financial Stability: The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to enrolment growth, financial stability, and risk mitigation, with the ability to effectively manage resources within a strategic plan.
  • Legislative and Systemic Compliance: We require a candidate who has a demonstrated understanding and enactment of the legislative and systemic compliance requirements applicable to all Catholic schools.
  • Leadership and Coaching: The successful candidate will have strong coaching and leadership skills to enable team growth and development, championing innovation and improvement to support continuous learning.
