What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of client-facing experience in consulting, customer success, or high-growth companies.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a calm and collected approach to complex, politically sensitive situations.
  • Quantitative skills and data savvy, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality and excellent team player skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, equity, and variable pay, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans and 401 K matching. Our salary range is CAD$130 K-$140 K.
