Key Selection Criteria- Senior Faith Leadership: We are seeking a leader who is an active member of a Catholic Church community and is informed by the Church's teaching and local mission.
- Instructional Leadership: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of determining and implementing evidence-based learning and teaching programs and school curriculum.
- Workplace Safety and Wellbeing: We require a leader who is committed to fostering a workplace that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of all staff, students, and the broader community.
- Enrolment Growth and Financial Stability: The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to enrolment growth, financial stability, and risk mitigation, while effectively managing resources within a regularly monitored, evidence-based strategic plan.
- Legislative and Systemic Compliance: We require a leader who has a demonstrated understanding and enactment of the legislative and systemic compliance requirements applicable to all Catholic schools.
- Justice and Compassion: The successful candidate will have attributes of justice and compassion, setting high standards for self and others in the leadership of pastoral care and the provision of an engaging education that provides multiple pathways and options for positive outcomes for young people.
- Coaching and Leadership: We are seeking a leader who has strong coaching and leadership skills to enable team growth and development, championing innovation and improvement to support continuous learning.
