Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support services
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for positive behaviour change
About You:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner who has:
- A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (OT/Speech/Social Work)
- Significant experience in creating, implementing, and reviewing behaviour support plans
- Advanced or specialist status as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
