Behaviour Support Practitioner Job

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with NDIS participants and be passionate about building client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored behaviour and psycho-social interventions to NDIS participants
  • Create evidence-based plans and provide therapy that changes lives
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders
  • Lead trainings and contribute to real outcomes
Requirements:
  • NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Core, Proficient, or Advanced)
  • Experience working with PBS and NDIS participants
  • Great communication, report-writing, and time management skills
  • Genuine passion for building client relationships and driving positive change
  • Valid Driver's License, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Infection Control Training
