National 360 offers an exciting opportunity to join our national Positive Behaviour Support Team. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be working in an environment that fosters the advancement of clinical skills through a robust clinical support structure.

Our team is committed to improving the quality of life for people with complex needs and their families. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to clients of all ages and abilities within the NDIS sector.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans.

The role involves building relationships with participants and key stakeholders, conducting FBAs, developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans, providing training and education to stakeholders, reviewing and reducing restrictive practices, and regular data collection and monitoring progress.

Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:

NDISWC / WWCC clearance

Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner

Minimum 12 months experience of working within the NDIS sector

Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)

A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development

Experience of working with restrictive practices
