Behaviour Support Practitioner Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our dedicated school team in this newly created position.

The Behaviour Support Practitioner will be part of a caring, enthusiastic team creating an environment that nurtures independence, resilience, and a desire to learn.

The primary goal of the Behaviour Support Practitioner is to provide high-quality services, integrating the developmental and therapeutic needs of children to help students gain the skills required to re-engage with learning and transition back into mainstream school.

Key responsibilities include working with children with complex behaviour needs, providing clinical and/or functional behaviour assessment, intervention, and support ideally within a School setting.
