Senior Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assurance professional with a background in serving investment company industry clients to undertake assurance engagements. Our national Assurance Practice is renowned for its expertise and technical ability to provide top-quality products and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting audit engagements for financial industry clients, specifically mutual funds, exchange-trade funds, closed-end funds, and collective investment trusts.
  • Preparing and reviewing annual audit reports and acting as a direct liaison with managers, audit staff, and other related parties.
  • Carrying out audits and assisting clients through the financial reporting process.
  • Training and supporting audit staff accountants throughout engagements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2-4 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting.
  • Experience working on investment-based clients (Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds) is preferred.
  • CPA license or working towards CPA is required.
