Base Pay Range$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and part replacements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Work closely with other departments to address maintenance concerns
- Keep tools and maintenance areas organized and in good condition
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, mechanic, or in a related role
