Job Title: Industrial Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Industrial Equipment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing new and existing equipment, including performing installation, maintenance, and providing training in various industrial processes. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic knowledge and skills to perform necessary service and instruct others on maintaining equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate's degree or two-year technical certificate, or equivalent experience. Ability to read Electrical and Pneumatic and dimensional construction drawings is required. Basic electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills are also necessary. Experience with PLC's and robotics is beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting installation projects of new equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of industrial products and policies
  • Performing system audits of industrial equipment
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned
