Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in driving client revenue and leading strategic campaigns across various industries.

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager and work within the wider digital team
  • Work with a team of account managers across lead generation, automation, SEO & organic content for clients
  • Lead content and community management
  • Develop and deliver creative concepts for campaigns
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure efficient workflow
  • Be a key resource within the team
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns that generate ROI for clients
  • Collaborate with internal producers to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders at director level
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Drive business development strategy and processes
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand current clients' services
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of agency digital marketing experience
  • Currently working in a Senior Account Manager or newly-appointed Account Director role
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering property sales and marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital strategy
  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans
  • A minimum of four years of account management experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or digital advertising are a bonus
  • Deadline-driven
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
