Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Lead to oversee and drive the success of our organic marketing streams.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Account Management: Allocate new clients to the ideal team member and distribute client allocations as required to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive client strategies, managing team workflows, and contributing to the agency's overall growth.
- Establish a holistic social strategy and KPIs, and report on key success metrics such as interactions and engagement.
- Review client accounts and client reporting monthly to ensure key success metrics are delivered and new opportunities are identified.
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth to identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in organic marketing, social media or influencer marketing, with four (4) years of leadership or managerial expertise.
- Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth for clients.
