**About the role**:
Join an Australian Luxury Skincare Company as their new Digital Marketing Lead You will be a vital member of the Digital Team and play a key role in developing and growing the business within Australia and across their International markets.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute a channel-by-channel digital marketing strategy for the companies markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to brief and execute the companies Social Media content across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Brief the creation of content for the digital communications touchpoints of the business.
- Analyse and report on channel performance weekly, monthly and quarterly to provide recommendation to the Digital Team members and wider business.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Lead in growing the global online channels to achieve their full potential.
- Mentor and grow the Team as required to facilitate business growth.
- Ability to strategically as well as deliver results.
- Lead and engage a high performing team.

**Key Skills**:

- Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.
- Strong experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Understanding of retail CRM, Klaviyo experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, culture, etc.
- Understanding of Shopify.
