Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are Tasmania's largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, specialising in holistic client-centred care.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic health professional to join our team of experienced rehabilitation consultants.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about injury management and workplace rehabilitation, with a strong focus on assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence.

This role involves providing support and guidance to clients, using clinical knowledge and allied health expertise to help them improve their wellbeing and purpose in life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting workplace assessments and rehabilitation services, such as initial needs assessments and job modifications
  • Attending medical case conferences and providing stakeholder liaison and case management services
  • Supporting clients with their day-to-day challenges

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a commitment to quality outcomes
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
